17 The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

Its the 2nd day of the year. Yesterday you made your resolutions, set some goals or maybe just vegged out. Either way the new year has started. We often associate a new year with the start of “something better” than you had before.

Ever bought a used car?
You have a very similar reaction to someone who has bought a brand new never driven less than 5 mile on it car. You were just as EXCITED as they were.
The car was “new to you” and therefore it was NEW!

Ever bought something from a flea market or second hand store?
The sheer excitement of that “find” is the same as buying something from a high end department store.

Your life can be NEW TO YOU as well.
By changing your thoughts, lifestyle, patterns and behaviors you become NEW. You may not look new on the outside but God sees past that and assures you that you have unseen value.
When others have tossed you to the side (just like the car and flea market find) God see’s the potential you still possess.

Something Old can be New (to you)
Its just waiting on you to recognize it.
