Psalm 103:2New Living Translation (NLT)

2 Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.

I want us to meditate on this scripture all day. It will keep our eyes off “what it looks like” and focus on the wonderful things HE has done.

The scripture says, may I NEVER forget. This is profound.

Think about last December 25th. Do you remember what was in all those gifts under the tree? Most of us would have to think about it for a minute. Christmas wasn’t that long ago. What about the Christmas of 2004? What gift did you receive? That is a little harder to answer, right?

It’s easy to forget what someone gave us. Those memories sometimes fade. I want to encourage you to Remember. Remember how God made a way when there was no other way. Remember how you were desperate and suddenly things turned around in your favor. Remember how just this morning God woke you up and give you another opportunity. Remember how he used someone to bless you with a job. Remember how he blessed you with your home. Remember.

As thoughts of dread, doubt and fear try to enter your mind…REMEMBER!
