Procrastination-Now-vs-Later

Exodus 8:8-10 New Living Translation (NLT)

8 Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and begged, “Plead with the Lord to take the frogs away from me and my people.(a)

9 “You set the time!” Moses replied. “Tell me when you want me to pray for you, your officials, and your people. Then you and your houses will be rid of the frogs. (a)

10 “Do it tomorrow,” Pharaoh said.

“All right,” Moses replied, “it will be as you have said. (a)

WOW!!!!!

One of my favorite bible teachers is a Pastor named Jo Anne Ramsey. Her teaching is simply some of the best I’ve ever heard. She titled this scripture “One more night with the Frogs”

I am amazed by this and wonder how many times I have been Pharaoh? How many times have I missed today’s blessing by waiting on the hope of tomorrow.

In the passage Moses asks WHEN and Pharaoh replied TOMORROW!

So my question to you is this? When do you want to get out of your own trouble? When do you want to stop struggling with the cares of life? When do you want someone to stand in agreement through prayer for your situation?

You are given a choice, you get to set the time.

How long you remain in trouble is up to you.

What will your answer be?

I don’t know about you but I don’t want to wait one minute longer than I have to.

Do it NOW Lord, do it right away!
