Genesis 50:20 Common English Bible (CEB)

20 You planned something bad for me, but God produced something good from it, in order to save the lives of many people, just as he’s doing today.

This scripture blessed me today. Although I have read it many times, heard it quoted or paraphrased to raise the emotions of the “people” but today I studied it.

I have a new respect for the plotter. The plotter is necessary. Their role is vital in our success. Without them we may never be motivated enough to fulfill our true destiny.

They deserve a word of thanks, they deserve to be appreciated, they deserve our gratitude.

Without you, I would have never had the courage to remarry. Without you, I would have never had the courage to buy a house or a car on my own. Without you, I would have never started 3 thriving businesses. Without you, I would have never had the time to write a daily devotional. Without you, I would not have 3 books on Amazon.

It is because you planned someone bad to happen to me and God used that to PUSH me forward.

Yesterday I had 2 people to ask for prayer that are battling severe sicknesses. It is because of you that I know am able to stop what I’m doing fall on my knees and cry out to God on their behalf. I would’ve never been able to do that before, it would’ve had to wait.

I owe you thanks. I pray blessings into you life.

Saints, we often see the “enemy” as just that the ENEMY but begin to look past their actions and see that they are just an instrument to get you 1 step closer to greatness.
