11 “The time is surely coming,” says the Sovereign Lord,
“when I will send a famine on the land—not a famine of bread or water but of hearing the words of the Lord”.

There are many people literally starving because they are getting everything BUT the bread of Life, the WORD of God.

Many churches are concerned with entertainment instead of content.

We don’t advocate teaching, so members mistakenly believe if they show up once a week they have fulfilled their obligation to Christ.

We have hundreds of thousands of starving Church goers. They are literally wasting away for lack of bread. They keep coming week after week leaving thinking they are full (only to realize a few minutes later that there is an empty hole in the pit of their soul)

They are full of songs, full of fellowship, full of emotional theatrics, but still starving for lack of bread.

Bread of Heaven, feed me til I want no more. This should be our mantra.

We need the word of God. We need to hear it often and repeat it daily. We need food that will sustain us. Food that will last. Food that will stick to our ribs. We need meat and potatoes not chips and soda.
