Proverbs 13:4New Living Translation (NLT)
4 Lazy people want much but get little,
but those who work hard will prosper.
Yikes, was my first response when I read this scripture.
It let me know just wanting without doing will get me very little.
We all want something, but how much work have we put into our wants?
We spend a considerable amount of time dreaming, thinking, even talking about the things we want.
How much time do we work at the things we want. HOW HARD DO WE WORK AT THE THINGS THAT WILL MAKE US PROSPER.
We say we want to prosper, but working to prosper escapes us at times.
You have been given the idea, you have formulated a plan, now what are you going to do about it.
I want much, I will work , I will prosper!

I hear that and know it to be true, but I’m so stuck on you can’t do anything with out money, I just 4 months ago working two jobs quit because I’m tired and don’t have anything to show for it. Being a single parent I had to do it and just stopped. I have a fear of just leaving and not having money or something to help me with especially if I go where I know no one . How do you just up and leave a place you desire not to be without money or a college degree that in this time does not guarantee a job. I have tried, but then gave up because it’s always something. I believe the word of God to be true so what is it,?

Cassandra, God is your unfailing supply, he won’t let you fall. I have been exactly where you are, and I have felt exactly what you’re feeling. You wrote that you know it to be true- then there is nothing left but to DO!. You are exactly the person I love to speak to. God will honor your doing. Would love to hear more of your story

Deshannon I will message you tomorrow if it’s ok. One thing I would like too know is how did you get too where you are now feeling like how I feel most days. . I know Ms. Omega was a strong presence and a strong advocate for you but my question is how did you get past the fear.
