2 John 1:12New International Version (NIV)

12 I have much to write to you, but I do not want to use paper and ink. Instead, I hope to visit you and talk with you face to face, so that our joy may be complete.

Technology has vastly improved our lives.
The advancement of email has nearly shut the post office down
Text messages have replaced calls
Video chat has replaced visits

The scripture above shows us the importance of visiting.
Although you can call, text, video chat, and or email. Nothing compares to looking on the face of family, friends and/or associates.

Why is this important?
have you ever misread a text, or put more emotion into it than intended?
Have you ever sent a email that didn’t explain everything properly
Have you typed in all caps and the recipient thought you were angry

I have a business giant that I talk to weekly, but I NEEDED to see him on last week. I needed to be in the same space, I needed to feel the God presence in him.

I have siblings that at least once a year we are all in the same place, laughing, joking, talking, singing TOGETHER. Nothing beats together.

Someone needs to see you,
yes, you keep in touch. But they need to SEE you, and honestly you need to see them.

God is waiting on you to get together, some questions will be answered, some paths made clear, some wrongs will be righted, hearts healed, laughter restored.

Go! your Joy depends on it.
