50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.

Today many people celebrate what we call ” Good Friday” it is the start of our 3 day Easter Weekend. It is a time to enjoy family, have festive meals and display our newest spring fashions.

But I want to encourage you to do as Jesus did…”cry out and give up”

It was only after Jesus did this that his heavenly Father could complete the work that was started many centuries ago; saving mankind.

It is only after we cry out to God and give up control of our own crucifixion that HIS work can be completed in us.

Call out to God, he see’s that they have lied on you, he see’s that they have spit in your face, he see’s that they have beat you down (physically/mentally) he see’s they are mocking you, he see’s you are tired and can’t go on. HE’s just waiting on you to call out to him and give up!

Let God finish what he begin, let him fight the battle. Forgive the very ones who put you on the cross, they need love not more hate and mistrust.

Cry out, give up, bury it so you can RISE again; stronger, better and wiser.
